This week recruitment of Councils and building authorities for our pilot started in earnest and the first Council signed up - Welcome Whyalla! The brief for Council/building authority recruitment is to cover all the jurisdictions, provide a mixture of regional/city small/large and to have some different climate zones.
We are looking for 10 pilot organisations in all and there will be some overlap with the Councils/building authorities recruited for Project 2, the Electronic Building Passport.
It is essential that we cover different jurisdictions because each has slightly different regulatory systems to comply with and this may change the way an audit protocol works in your state. It has been important to consider the size of each organisation too because smaller regions will have different resourcing which we need to be mindful of.
